Parting with anything in my closet (ever) is a big deal, BUT my boyfriend has convinced me to get swapping. Tonight, I will do my best to swap a men’s tweed Burberry blazer that I somehow acquired from an ex, (it’s in pristine condition!), a Calvin Klein white slip dress with black lace overlay (tags still on it!),  a BCBG knit dress I’ve worn twice (just dry cleaned!) and an aubergine velvet blazer from J. Crew (worn once!).

Growing up, a dress and shoes for prom were never a worry. For many of the girls that shopped our boutique on Saturday, this was the first time they had ever put on a dress at all.

I’m so happy to be on the Belle Advisory Board. Looking forward to next year already.
